Extensive renovation and extension of one of Maitlands finest historical homes, “Moncreiff”. This entailed a lot of planning and meetings with regulatory and construction stakeholders, and satisfying construction and aesthetic benchmarks imposed by Council to ensure the preservation of this beautiful piece of history.

The building had seen many years of neglect and needed all new services (sewer upgrade, mains water, all plumbing, all electrical) all while preserving historic features and bringing the building up to modern standards.

It was an honour to be able to work on this project and preserve the famous architects work J W Pender for many years to come.
